Edmonton police searching for missing man

Edmonton Police Service (EPS) need your help finding a missing man.

Matthew Mangeya, 28, was last seen leaving the University of Alberta Hospital emergency department at around 2 a.m. on July 13.

Since leaving the hospital, he has not been in contact with family or friends.

His disappearance is considered out of character, which has his family concerned for his well being.

Mangeya often does temporary work for construction out of town. He also frequently uses transit and the LRT and is known to visit bars in the city.

Mangeya is described as:

  • 5 foot 7 inches
  • 127 lbs
  • Thin build
  • Black hair
  • Brown eyes
  • Last seen wearing blue jeans a red t-shirt, and may still be wearing his hospital bracelet
