On Wednesday, Leduc Composite High School and École Leduc Junior High School were placed in hold-and-secure due to threats against the students being made on social media.

The hold-and-secure was lifted by the early afternoon, but police remained at the schools.

The RCMP are asking the public not to take the law into their own hands and to contact the RCMP when they believe they’ve been a witness to a crime.
