The West River’s Edge ice slide is open for the winter.
These slides are located at the hill east of the pavillion, and have already proven to be quite popular with the residents.
There’s two slides – one for older kids and the other for younger ones, with the words ‘snoasis’ carved into the side.
Although the winter weather has been quite mild lately, we’re expecting to see things cool down towards next week, with daytime highs projected around -30 C on Thursday.
