Fort Sask RCMP charge two following stolen property investigation

Fort Saskatchewan RCMP have charged two people following a stolen property investigation in rural Lamont County.

On December 20 police received reports of a tresspassing at a rural property near Range Road 194 and Township Road 542.

An investigation began which led to the recovery of two pickup trucks, a utility trailer, and several stolen license plates.

Keiran Gork, 31, and Courtney Gutoski, 34, both residents of Lamont County, are facing several charges, including possession of property obtained by a crime.

Both Gork and Gutoski were released from custody and are both scheduled to appear in court on January 11.

Police have also noted that since the suspects have been released, similar crimes have been reported in the area.
