Strathcona County opens public satisfaction survey

Strathcona County is inviting its residents to share their thoughts on the county through a public satisfaction survey.

“The opinions of residents are very important. They inform Council’s decision-making and influence outcomes that best meet the needs of our citizens. I encourage every eligible community member to complete the survey,” said Rod Frank, mayor of Strathcona County.

The survey asks for opinions on programs, services, quality of life, and value for tax dollars.

The survey is both online and through the phone, with the county contracting Advanis, a public opinion research company, to conduct the survey over the phone.

The survey will be open from January 11 to February 14. You can take the survey yourself on the Strathcona County website here.
