Strathcona County RCMP looking for suspect in bar fight

Strathcona County RCMP are looking for a suspect involved in a Sherwood Park bar fight that turned into an assault.

On January 13 at around 1:30 a.m., police received reports of a fightat Rosies in the Park bar on Athabascan Avenue. Investigators were told that the victim and the suspect got into a verbal fight outside of the bar.

According to police, the suspect then attacked the victim and threw him through a window. This attack gave the victim several lacerations.

The victim was taken to hospital for treatment and later released, with police looking to identify the suspect.

The suspect is described as:

  • Light complexion
  • Dark hair
  • Dark Eyes
  • Brush cut dark hair
  • Wearing a black jacket, dark pants, runners, and a dark hat
