EPS: Four men charged with drug trafficking

Edmonton police have charged four men with drug trafficking and other charges following a traffic stop on Saturday night.

Police pulled over a suspicious vehicle near 121 Avenue and 87 Street, with a search of the vehicle leading to police discovering 250 grams of fentanyl, 150 grams of meth, 15 grams of cocaine, and 50 tablets of other drugs.

According to police, three men, all in their 40s, are facing charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking.

A fourth suspect, a 32-year-old man, is facing charges of possessing a loaded gun and multiple charges for drug trafficking.

All four of these men will be appearing in court next week.
