Fort Saskatchewan selling off Chamber building

Just last week the Fort Saskatchewan and District Chamber of Commerce building went up for sale.

The building, with an asking price of $500,000, is being sold as an expense cut for the Chamber, which has also reduced their office to a single full-time position.

However, this reduced scale won’t have an impact on the Chamber’s annual events, including the farmer’s market and annual trade show. In fact, there are new projects and events being planned for later in the year.

The building, located on 103 Street, was originally built as a fire hall in 1958.
