  • Short black hair

Baptiste was last seen wearing a black hat, blue rimmed glasses, light blue jeans, black running shoes, and a dark blue jacket.

“We are seeking the public’s assistance now as we have exhausted all investigative avenues available to us to locate Robey,” said Nicole Berezanski of the EPS Missing Persons Unit. “We have significant concerns for Robey’s welfare given how long he has been gone, but we remain hopeful that he may see this or that someone out there can point us to where he is.”
