Fort Saskatchewan Music Festival returns for 65th anniversary

Make sure to support the talented musicians Fort Saskatchewan this week.

The Fort Saskatchewan Music Festival is back and celebrating 65 years. From Monday to Friday, everyone can join in on the music by donating in order to get admission.

Registration is now closed, with this year’s categories including piano, band, instrumental, glee, school and community, choral, and so much more.

The festival will have different locations almost every day. On Monday and Tuesday, the festival will be at the Fort Saskatchewan United Church from 9-4pm for the piano category.

Tuesday will also have the instrumental category at Shell Theatre, Dow Centennial Centre from 9-3pm 

Vocal and musical theatre will be presented on Wednesday at the Lion’s Pride Dow Centennial Centre from 9-12

On Thursday from 9-3pm, there will be choral presenters at the Fort Saskatchewan United Church

The very last day, Friday, will be all about strings at the Fort Saskatchewan United Church from 9-3.
