St. Albert giving update on Land Use Bylaw

The City of St. Albert will be giving an update on its Land Use Bylaw.

This free information session takes place at the Arden Theatre on Thursday starting at 4 p.m.

“The City is updating its Land Use Bylaw to reflect the vision and goals set out in the City’s Municipal Development Plan to create a clear and concise document that reflects evolving development trends and the need for more flexible and responsive development regulations,” wrote the city on its website.

The city will also be preparing an Area Structure Plan for the city’s west side, which will provide a framework for future land development.

St. Albert’s Cultivate the Conversation website has more information about the Land Use Bylaw.
