Only one event remains for Block Party Boot Camp

St. Albert’s Block Party Boot Camp has had one day cancelled, but another session will still be going on this weekend.

The city is known for their tradition of block parties, with this event giving residents the opportunity to meet new people while learning about how to throw a block party in their neighbourhood.

There were originally going to be two days for the Block Party Boot Camp, one on Thursday and another on Saturday, but the Thursday event was cancelled due to low enrollment.

However, the Saturday boot camp will still be going on, with registration still available on Eventbrite.

This event runs from 10:30 a.m. until noon at the St. Albert Public Library.

Those who can’t make it to the event can still learn about hosting block parties by visiting the City of St. Albert website.
