Agricultural Society Classic comes to Josephburg

The annual Agricultural Society Classic will be returning for another year in Josephburg this weekend.

Starting on Saturday morning, the event kicks off with a pancake breakfast served by Ardrossan’s graduating students at 7 a.m.

A few hours later and the cattle show will begin at the Moyer Recreation Centre, with an obstacle course at the Gymkhana Grounds half an hour later.

For those who get hungry during the event there will also be concession stands with burgers and poutine, being served by local seniors.

The event ends next Monday with the Fort Saskatchewan 4-H Beef Show at the Moyer Recreation Centre, with the show running from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Just last year the 4-H Beef Club celebrated 80 years of operation.
