Man dead after motorcycle collides with minivan

A 25-year-old man is dead after his motorcycle collided with a minivan in a residential area of Central Edmonton Tuesday night.

Police say the minivan was travelling westbound on Connors Road when it turned left onto 90 Street in front of the eastbound motorcycle.  According to EPS, the motorcycle was travelling at a high rate of speed.

The motorcyclist succumbed to his injuries at the scene.  The driver of the minivan sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
