Suspect in St. Albert stabbing investigation currently on the run

On Thursday night, St. Albert RCMP responded to a distress call regarding an assault in Riverside around 10 PM. Upon arrival, officers found a 17-year-old woman and a 13-year-old girl suffering from multiple stab wounds.

Emergency Medical Services (EMS) quickly transported the victims to the hospital and are in critical condition.

RCMP are seeking assistance in locating 28-year-old Kaj Alexander Randall in connection to the stabbing. Kaj is wanted for attempted murder and is considered to be armed and dangerous.

Kaj is described as:

  • Fair complexion
  • 6 feet 4 inches tall and 190 pounds
  • Brown hair and blue eyes

Kaj fled the scene in a 2010 Grey Mazda 3S, bearing AB License Plate CRN 1498.
