Albertans can now order cannabis through Uber Eats

As of Tuesday, Albertans can now order cannabis via Uber Eats, making Alberta the third province to implement this delivery system.

Uber has assured customers that the service complies with all provincial regulations. Specialized, provincially certified staff will handle cannabis deliveries, separate from the drivers responsible for food and other products.

To ensure compliance with legal requirements, customers will need to present valid identification to verify their age before receiving their cannabis products. This new service aims to provide a convenient and regulated way for Albertans to access cannabis.
