Fort Saskatchewan sheep parade on September second

It’s that time of year again! As autumn approaches and the trees start to change colour, kids gear up for back-to-school, and, of course, the sheep prepare for their journey home.

On September 2nd, join us at 11:30 a.m. for the beloved annual Sheep Parade. Following the parade, from noon to 1:00 p.m., you’ll have the chance to feed and interact with the sheep at the Heritage Precinct, and bid them a fond farewell.

Throughout the summer, these woolly grazers have been hard at work keeping our grass neatly trimmed. But don’t worry—they’ll be back in the spring to enjoy more of that delicious Fort Saskatchewan grass.

Come out to celebrate and say goodbye to our charming sheep as they head off for the season!
