Semi collides against ETS bus, no major injuries

At approximately 9:30 this morning, a semi-truck collided with a Route 501 Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) bus near the Capilano Transit Centre.

Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported. However, the collision resulted in significant damage to the front of the bus, with glass shards from the windshield scattered at the intersection of 94th Avenue and 50th Street.

A replacement bus was promptly deployed to continue the route, causing only minor delays to service. The incident is under investigation.
