Vehicle collides with train at Capital Line crossing

Earlier this morning, a vehicle attempted to cross the train tracks of the Capital Line at 112th Street and 82nd Avenue while the crossing arms were down, resulting in a collision.

The incident caused significant delays to Capital Line trains, but Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) reports that service was restored around 10 a.m.

No injuries were reported in the collision, and further details have not yet been released.
