Sherwood Park-Fort Saskatchewan MP in Hot Water Over “Bathtub” Remark During Question Period

Sherwood Park-Fort Saskatchewan MP Garnet Genuis sparked controversy in the House of Commons today after allegedly making a homophobic comment during Question Period. The comment led to an immediate response from Trudeau. House Speaker Greg Fergus called for order and requested the Prime Minister withdraw his remark, but Trudeau declared that he was “standing up to bullies.”

Genuis has yet to comment as of the time of writing.
