St. Albert RCMP seek public assistance to identify male fraud suspect

St. Albert RCMP are seeking the public’s help in identifying a male suspect involved in a fraud case.

In late September, RCMP received a complaint from a shipping supply company regarding fraudulent activity. A male suspect posed as a customer, used the real customer’s card on file, and fraudulently ordered $1,000 worth of goods.

The suspect later picked up the goods in an older model white Chevrolet Express van with “JS Renovations Ltd.” written on both sides and an industrial roof rack.

The suspect was described as:

  • Male
  • Dark skinned
  • Average build
  • Facial hair
  • Wearing a pink t-shirt, grey pants, oversized tan brimmed hat, white socks, and black sandals
  • Carrying a black satchel

St. Albert RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect responsible.  Anyone with information in relation to this investigation is asked to contact St. Albert RCMP at 780-458-7700 or your local police.  If you wish to remain anonymous, contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS), online at www.P3Tips.com or by using the “P3 Tips” app available through the Apple App or Google Play Store.
