Fantastic weekend ahead, but what about Halloween?

A very autumn-like Friday leads into a fantastic, above normal weekend with double-digit highs and mostly sunny skies.  A cooling trend begins next week with temperatures falling below normal, with the extended forecast for Halloween making the trick-or-treaters glad that they got their costumes big enough for a warm coat underneath.
