12-year-old boy charged in stabbing 11-year-old at an Edmonton McDonald’s

A 12-year-old boy has been charged in stabbing an 11-year-old at an Edmonton McDonald’s.

On November 8 at around 3:15 P.M., there was an altercation  at the McDonald’s in the area of 153 avenue and Castle Downs Road.

The 11-year-old was stabbe and seriously injured, he was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.

The 12 year old boy was charged with aggravated assault and possession of a weapon.

According to police the two did not know each other.
