On Saturday night, woman was seriously injured after a shooting southwest of Drayton Valley.
RCMP responded to shots being fired at the dam. Officers arrived just before midnight and they found the woman suffering from gun shot wounds She was taken into the University of Alberta hospital and she is in critical and stable condition.
A 43 year old man from Edmonton was arrested at the scene and is facing multiple charges
