From now on, Starbucks locations across North America are ending their open-door policy. In 2018, Starbucks made a rule that allowed people to come in and use their facilities, regardless of making any purchases. They are now going back on that rule, due to an arrest that happened at one of their locations. From now on, to use the restroom or sit in and enjoy the atmosphere of this beloved coffee shop, you will need to make a purchase.
