Public Satisfaction Survey for Sherwood Park is live!

Till February 14th, residents of Strathcona County can take a survey to voice any concerns or opinions about County programs, services, and value for tax dollars. The survey was made to give a voice to citizens about their quality of life in Sherwood Park. Mayor Rod Frank noted his passion for the survey saying “This is more than a survey. It is an opportunity for Council to understand how we are serving our residents. I encourage every eligible member of our community to have their say in the survey.”

There are many different areas covered by the survey such as:

  • Sewage
  • Bylaw services
  • Transit
  • Value for tax dollars
  • County services
  • Cultural opportunities
  • Communication
  • County programs
  • Road maintenance

The County is also working to conduct an independent phone survey for additional input. Participation is voluntary and residents will be chosen at random.
