In 2018, Crystal Watch came forward with a lawsuit against Ticketmaster’s parent company, Live Nation. The lawsuit allegedly claimed that Ticketmaster’s marketing practises and how it displayed ticket prices and fees violated the Consumer Protection and Business Practises Act. The court issued a notice stating “no determination regarding the merits of those allegations,” and Ticketmaster denied the accusations. Regardless of that, Ticketmaster and Watch agreed on a $6,000,000 settlement.
