Collision on Highway 633 and Range Road 247 resulted in a fatality

Yesterday, a collision at around 6:00 a.m. on Highway 633 and Range Road 247 caused traffic delays and reroutes. The collision was believed to have been caused by a 29-year-old Spruce Grove resident failing to stop at a stop sign, resulting in them being hit by a second driver. The first driver unfortunately didn’t make it.

The driver that hit the Spruce Grove resident was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but is believed to make a full recovery.
