BREAKING: Delta Airlines crash at Toronto Pearson

Delta Airlines flight 4819 from Minneapolis to Toronto has crash landed upside-down at Pearson International Airport.

At least 8 people were injured in the incident. A post on X from Pearson Airport’s official account says,

“Toronto Pearson is aware of an incident upon landing involving a Delta Airlines plane arriving from Minneapolis. Emergency teams are responding. All passengers and crew are accounted for.”

One pediatric patient was airlifted to Toronto Sick Kids with critical injuries. Three Ornge air ambulance helicopters were dispatched to the scene.

Close to 80 passengers were on board with no reports of fatalities. 

FlightRadar24 reports the plane as a Bombardier CRJ900 Delta 4819 operated by Endeavor Air.
