Two Arrested Following Series of Property Crimes in St. Albert

Two Edmonton residents have been arrested and charged following a series of thefts from vehicles and a construction site in St. Albert.

On April 13, 2025, St. Albert RCMP responded to multiple reports of theft in the areas of Grandin, Erin Ridge, Northridge, and Jensen Lakes. Items reported stolen included electronics, construction tools, personal identification, and credit cards.

During the course of the investigation, RCMP located a stolen vehicle parked outside a local motel. The vehicle matched one seen on surveillance video from one of the reported theft locations. Officers arrested two individuals at the scene.

Brady Joseph Ford, 25, of Edmonton, has been charged with the following:

• Fail to Comply with a Release Order (x2)

• Theft of Credit Card (x3)

• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime (x7)

• Possession of Break-In Tools (x1)

• Mischief (x1)

• Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose (x1)

• Theft (x1)

Conor Lee Briscoe, 41, also of Edmonton, has been charged with:

• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime (x6)

• Possession of Break-In Tools (x1)

• Theft (x1)

• Mischief (x1)

Ford has been remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in court on April 16, 2025, in Barrhead. Briscoe has been released and is set to appear in St. Albert court on May 5, 2025.
