A fire in an apartment building in Clairview on Tuesday has left 252 residents displaced.
The fire started on the second floor and moved upwards to the second and third floors of the bulding. The flames spread quick across the roof of the aparments due to the heavy winds at the time.
Fire crews arrived on scene at 1:31 p.m., and quickly called a second-alarm fire to bring additional crews. By 2:07 p.m., the fire was upgraded to a third-alarm, bringing even more units to bring the fire under control.

Edmonton Fire Rescue Services Captain Kevin Espetveidt said that units not damaged by fire or smoke would likely have substantial water damage, but there is no work yet on the official cost of the damage or amount of units destroyed.
Crews worked overnight Tuesday to tackle the flames, with the fire officially extingushed at 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning.
One person was sent to the hospital due to the fire, with at least one pet killed.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
