The annual Global Energy Show is launching its 3-day event in Calgary tomorrow, with many in attendance, including Premier Danielle Smith.
While at the event, Premier Smith and Minster of Energy and Minerals Brian Jean will be meeting with other international officials and business leaders to discuss Alberta’s role in international energy security.
“Alberta’s energy industry has been built from the ground up by innovative minds who saw opportunity where others see challenges – and they continue to do so today,” said Premier Smith. “With global demand for energy security at an all-time high, Alberta stands ready to provide the solutions our partners need.”
The discussions will focus on Alberta being a source for reliable energy and resources and identifying new energy opportunities in an ever-changing world and industry.
