The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) have charged a 30-year-old female in relation to a sexual assault involving a youth.
The EPS were made aware of an alleged relationship regarding a youth and their adult soccer coach that reportedly began last year when the youth was 15-years old.
30-year-old Vanessa Young was charged with sexual assault, sexual interference, sexual exploitation, luring a child under 18 and luring a child under 16.
The youth, whose identity will not be made public, is receiving support through the Zebra Child & Youth Advocacy Centre.
Investigators have concerns that there may be more victims.
