The Edmonton Police Service is asking the public for assistance in locating a suspect related to an arson case that took place at approximately 5 a.m. on June 4.
A male had reportedly broken into and set fire to an attached garage at a residence in the area of 65 Street and 14 Avenue. The fire spread to the house where seven people lived, including two small children.
All of the occupants were able to escape, and no injuries were reported, but the house was completely destroyed, with an adjacent house also suffering some damage.
An image of a suspect in the case was captured riding a bicycle away from the scene by nearby surveillance cameras.
