Parkland RCMP were on the scene of a Spruce Grove collision on July 17 which left one individual dead.
Shortly before 5 p.m. on Friday, Parkland RCMP responded to a collision at the intersection of Jennifer Heil Way and Tri Leisure Way.
The driver of a motorcycle, a 40-year-old Edmonton resident, was pronounced deceased on the scene. The occupants of the two other involved vehicles were not harmed.
Parkland RCMP have determined that the motorcycle was travelling Northbound on Jennifer Heil Way when it hit a stopped GMC from behind. The driver of the motorcycle was launched off of the bike and struck by the trailer of another vehicle.
RCMP send their condolences to the friends and family of the deceased.
