Edmonton police investigating Whitemud hit-and-run

The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) are looking for a grey or blue-colored Volvo S60 sedan which fled the scene of a car crash.

On Friday (Sep. 15) at around 1:30 p.m., police receieved reports of a hit-and-run which occured on Whitemud Drive east of 17 Street.

It was reported that this Volvo struck a motorcycle, causing the 54-year-old driver to fall off, where he sustained serious, non-life-threatening injuries. Police say that the driver of the Volvo continued on and didn’t stop.

Officers are looking for the whereabouts of this Volvo, which should have damage to the front passenger side of the vehicle.

Anyone with information, including a license plate of the Volvo, are asked to contact EPS.
