A ton of free live shows are coming to St. Albert over the summer.
Between July 4 and August 29 there will be a variety of performances at the front plaza of St. Albert Place, from local talent to internationally acclaimed artists.
“A total of nine consecutive events will take place every Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m. in July and August,” wrote the city in a release.
Although there are tickets for seating at each of the shows, there’s also plenty of space at the plaza for those to bring a chair and watch the shows.
This year’s performances include:
- July 4 – The Way Back Whens with Peter Paul Van Camp
- July 11 – Wendy McNeill with Vissia
- July 18 – The Gai Lan Ensemble with Erica Dee Mah
- July 25 – Dylan Menzie with The Western Thistles
- Aug. 1 – Jessie and The Gents with The Carolines
- Aug. 8 – Violin and Viola Duos with Ethan and Ewald and Keri Lynn Zwicker
- Aug. 15 – Pahua with Notas De 4 trio
- Aug. 22 – Paul Pigat and Tim Williams
- Aug. 29 – A Samplify of Amplify
