St. Albert Municipal Census under way

The last day to complete the St. Albert Municipal Census is June 27, but residents will have until only June 18 to complete the census online.

Participation in the municipal census helps the City of St. Albert plan, make improvements, identify needs and secure provincial and federal grants.  Many provincial and federal grants are awarded based on the population count.

Census information is also used for planning new community programs and services and enhancing existing ones, transportation, schools, utilities, emergency services, recreational facilities and economic development

To complete the census online, residents will need the Secure Access Code that was mailed in April.  If you don’t have a code, please email census@stalbert.ca or phone 780-418-6600.

To complete the census in person, enumerators will go home by home to get responses until June 27.
