Police looking for man who propositioned St. Albert teens

St. Albert RCMP are asking the public’s assistance in identifying a man who propositioned two teenage girls.

On June 26 at approximately 9:00 pm, two 15-year-old girls were in the parking lot at Mission Ridge Shopping Centre on McKinney Avenue when a man unknown to them approached the girls, asking them if they wanted to do drugs and have sex with him.  The girls got scared so they walked over to their 14-year-old male friend and told him what happened.  The male friend confronted the suspect who then punched the youth in the face.  An adult civilian attempted to intervene but the suspect fled the area.

  • Light skinned
  • Slim build
  • 5’10” tall
  • 25-30 years old
  • Black hair and moustache
  • Wearing a black hoodie and black shorts
