Several bread brand recalled due to pieces of glass found in products

Dozens of popular bread brands have been recalled in Canada after pieces of metal were discovered in some of the products.

According to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), the recall affects brands including Country Harvest, D’Italiano, Great Value, President’s Choice, and No Name.

Consumers are warned not to use, sell, serve, or distribute the affected products, which were shipped to Ontario, Quebec, and Newfoundland and Labrador.

As of now, it remains unclear if any injuries have been reported as a result of this contamination.
