The Edmonton Oilers forward Zach Hyman and his family are buying the very successful OHL team, the Brantford Bulldogs. They are taking over the team from 10-year owner, Michael Andlauer, a majority owner of the Ottawa Senators. The Bulldogs have amassed a very impressive 20-15-4 record through 39 games. They also won the OHL championship in both 2018 and 2022.
The sale is still pending OHL Board approval. TSN’s Darren Dreger said to “expect an official announcement on Monday.”
