Edmonton man facing 73 charges after massive drug and weaponry bust

30-year-old Clark McDonagh of Edmonton is currently facing 73 charges after his home was searched on January 2nd of this year. The police seized almost four pounds of fentanyl which was valued around $445,000 and an additional 200 grams of cocaine valued around $15,000. Officers also discovered a plethora of weapons including:

  • a submachine gun
  • a shotgun
  • two rifles
  • two handguns
  • two tasers
  • 25 prohibited magazines
  • Hundreds of rounds of ammunition

Additionally, police uncovered evidence of drug production, 12 Canadian passports, and items capable of making fake ID cards.
