Edmonton Oilers goalie Stuart Skinner and his wife Chloe welcomed their second little boy into the world this past Monday. “Baby came out beautiful and my wife, Chloe, is doing great.” Skinner stated. “His name is Darcy Daniel Skinner. A really good name for him, fits his face, fits his energy, we love it.”
Since their wedding in 2020, this is their second child. They had their first, Beau, in January 2023. Baby Darcy came a week ahead of schedule and Skinner had nothing but praise for his wife. “A superhero, obviously, don’t know how she’s able to do it like that,” he said. “I didn’t do anything and I was tired. I can only imagine how she was feeling, just an absolute superhero.” Skinner also said that big brother Beau has been wonderful with little Darcy.
Skinner will be back on the ice very soon, potentially tonight, against the Detroit Red Wings.
