Woman’s Show, Mom, Pop, & Tots Fair comes this weekend

Two shows are arriving at the Edmonton EXPO Centre this weekend.

On January 20 and 21, the Mom, Pop & Tots Fair will be running alongside the Edmonton Woman’s Show, with tickets getting you in to both events.

The show is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Louise Reinich with Edmonton Shows said they’ve been busy getting everything in place for the weekend.

“It’s been very busy. It’s all those last minute things. The work always becomes greater the closer to the show that you get.”

The shows feature plenty of events, from an Indigenous market to a wine lounge. There will also be several speakers at the event, such as Amy Porter from the Tiny HeartsCan Foundation.

For the children there are bouncy castles, face painting, a petting zoo, and tons of other fun events.

“There’s a warm place for them to go inside and spend the day as a family, and the families are the cornerstone of society,” added Reinich. “It’s extremely important to keep the family unit strong.”

Tickets are available at the door and cost $15 for adults, $11 for teenagers, and $5 for children. Toddlers under two years old get in for free.

You can purchase tickets at the door or online at the Edmonton Shows website here.
