Canadian Hydrogen Convention returns to Edmonton

The Canadian Hydrogen Convention is taking place in Edmonton from now until Thursday at the Edmonton Convention Centre.

“The Canadian Hydrogen Convention is the only annual meeting place for energy executives, government officials and Indigenous leaders to convene to build Canada’s low-carbon energy future,” wrote the convention on the Edmonton Convention Centre website.

This show discusses innovations and solutions for low-carbon hydrogen production, storage, and utilization, with over 100 companies and 200 expert speakers attending the event.

Alberta is the largest hydrogen producer in Canada, with the provincial government expecting the hydrogen industry to be worth trillions by 2050.

“The Canadian Hydrogen Convention showcases the latest innovations and technologies that demonstrates hydrogen as a zero-carbon solution as a vital part of the energy transition.”

Last year the Canadian Hydrogen Conference was a finalist at the AEO Excellence Awards for Best International Show.

Tickets for the convention cost $50 for visitors, with tickets available on the Canadian Hydrogen Convention website.
