Hlinka Gretzky Cup comes to Rogers Place

The Hlinka Gretzky World Junior Cup is taking place this week at Rogers Place, featuring U-18 players competing for the title until August 10.

Yesterday’s games saw Slovakia lose against Sweden 4-3, the U.S. fall to Czechia 2-1, Switzerland get trampled by Canada 10-0, and Germany win against Finland 2-1

Today, the matchups will be shuffled, with Canada set to play Slovakia at 6:30 p.m. Earlier today Czechia beat Germany with 7-3.

Single-game tickets start at $20. Fans are excited to see which teams will advance to the semifinals and compete for the gold medal.
