TSN reported that the Edmonton Oilers’ signed free agent defenceman, John Klingberg. 32-year-old Klingberg spent eight seasons with the Dallas Stars’ before moving on to the Anaheim Ducks, the Minnesota Wild, and the Toronto Maple Leafs. Klingberg is signed on a one-year contract with the Oilers. He’s seen action in 633 NHL games over his career so far, and has amassed 81 goals and 331 assists for 412 points. He also helped the Stars win the Stanley Cup in 2020.
