Famoso returned to St. Albert earlier this week.
This authentic Neapolitan pizza joint had a brief ribbon cutting ceremony after months of being under renovations.
“We made it smaller and cozier,” said Brad Switzer with Famoso St. Albert. “It’s updated a little bit, but it still has the same Famoso touches with updated artwork and new flooring. It’s a new vibe all the way around.”
With Italian overtones, there’s a variety of dishes at Famoso. From all kinds of pasta to gelato for dessert, and their famous Neapolitan pizza.
“You don’t feel overstuffed when you eat it, compared to other traditional american-style pizzas,” added Switzer.
Famoso has over 25 locations across western Canada. Famoso St Albert is located at Inglewood Towne Centre on 11 Bellerose Drive.
