Strathcona County RCMP arrest a man after reports of a suspicious vehicle

Strathcona County RCMP responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle outside a business on 18th Street in Edmonton. Upon locating the vehicle, officers found the male driver had provided a false name.

After determining his true identity, police discovered that he was on a release order with several conditions. The Strathcona County RCMP Crime Reduction Unit arrested the man for obstruction and for failing to comply with his release conditions.

Clinton Krilow, 30, a resident with no fixed address, has been charged with identity fraud, two counts of failing to comply with a release order, and obstructing a peace officer.

Following a judicial hearing, Krilow was remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear in court on October 2.
