Redwater man charged in stabbing incident

A Redwater man has been charged after a stabbing incident that took place in the town earlier this week.

RCMP report that on Sunday night (Sept. 10) they were called to a Redwater apartment and advised that a 32-year-old man was being transported to hospital by another person.

Officers visited the victim in hospital to get more Informationa and later attended the apartment where they took 44-year-old Troy Graham into custody and charged him with the following:

  • Aggravated assault
  • Uttering threats

The victim is expected to recover from his injuries.

Graham has since been released and will appear in court on September 28.
